Click on this link https://apps.det.wa.edu.au/dam/portal/resetPassPage.do and follow step by step to reset your password. This article will apply to everyone (Staff, teacher, student and parent)

Step 1:  Type your username or parent email to the text box then click NEXT button next to it.

Step 2: Enter your validation answer then click NEXT

Step 3: Enter your new password and confirm new password then click Change Password:

Step 4: there is no step 4 needed, just click on Close button then you are good to go.
